What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and also accept PayPal and Amazon payments.
What's the status of my online store order? How do I track my order?
You will be able to check your order by logging into the site. We use Royal Mail Track and Trace to deliver your items in the UK, and Royal Mail International for items delivered outside of the UK.
What countries do you ship to? Is there anywhere you don't ship?
We can ship to most countries although shipping costs will increase depending on the destination.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes we do have a sizing chart, this can be found on the sizing page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com immediately, orders can only be cancelled or changed if your package has not been shipped. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of your purchase being completed.

Can you tell me when new products are going to be available?
Please sign up to our newsletter and we will inform you of all new products and sales vouchers when they become available.
How do I know if the product is available?
All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Occasionally inventory discrepancies may incorrectly display items as available on our website. If this occurs, your order will be held and you will be notified of the error before your order is processed. If there will be a delay longer than 48 hours to dispatch we will schedule the item to be delivered separately free of charge.
